These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and king855 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your access to and use of the services available at king855.cam (the "Site"). king855 operates as an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform primarily serving Malaysian adults.

Player / User	Any individual who accesses, browses or holds a registered Account on king855.

Wagering Requirement	The minimum cumulative stake a Player must place before a Bonus or derived winings become eligible for withdrawal.
KYC	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to authenticate a Player's Account.
Prohibited Territory	Any jurisdiction in which access to or participation in online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
Force Majeure	Any event beyond the reasonable control of king855 including natural disaster, civil unrest, government action or infrastructure failure.

To register and maintain a king855 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Proof of age may be required at any point through the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to register an Account.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian address or international address as applicable, and a valid email address.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing king855 from, a Prohibited Territory in which online gambling is unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director or close family member of any employee or contractor of king855 or its affiliated partners.
• You must not have had a previous king855 Account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.
• You must not be self-excluded from the king855 platform or any associated responsible gambling programme at the time of registration.

king855 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals or permanent Account closure. Decisions regarding eligibility disputes are final at the discretion of king855 management.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on king855. The creation of duplicate, multiple or proxy Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. king855 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify king855 support immediately at [email protected].

Account sharing is not permitted. Your king855 Account is personal to you and must not be made available to or operated by any third party. king855 reserves the right to verify account ownership through KYC checks at any time.

king855 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account that king855 reasonably believes to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent or collusive activity, used to facilitate money laundering, or operated in bad faith in relation to bonus schemes or promotions.

Subject to these Terms, king855 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any content displayed on king855 without prior written authorisation.
• Use automated software, bots, crawlers, scripts or other tools to access, scrape or interact with the king855 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to king855 servers, networks or security systems.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping or coordination with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or modify any part of the king855 platform or its associated software.

king855 maintains the right to monitor player activity, review transaction histories and audit account behaviour at any time. Evidence of prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

king855 supports a range of deposit methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and online banking through major Malaysian financial institutions including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are also supported where available. The specific payment methods available to your Account may vary based on your account verification status, transaction history and applicable provider restrictions.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. king855 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond king855's control.

• Minimum deposit thresholds and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of each transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, subject to operational limitations.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification before processing. king855 reserves the right to request supporting documentation including proof of identity and payment ownership.

The following general conditions apply to all king855 bonuses unless the promotional terms for a specific offer state otherwise:

• Bonuses are issued to eligible registered Accounts only. Only one Account per Player, household, device, or IP address may claim a promotional offer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which king855 holds its international operating authority. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through king855's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral forums of the applicable international jurisdiction.
